This spring we had the honor of repeating our partnership with one of our clients, Lightspeed Marketing, to collaborate on another video for the American Heart Association. This is the second year in a row we’ve been able to highlight the story of a heart attack survivor and highlight the wonderful work that the AHA does.
We told a story that focused on the details of the survivor’s day-to-day life, from running to cooking for her family and starting a custom jewelry company. We accomplished this through a series of scenes, told with a mixture of closeups, dolly shots, handheld gimbal shots and Drone Footage. We filmed with our RED Epic-W 8k Cameras, the DJI Ronin gimbal, and the DJI Mavic Pro drone.
The video we did for the AHA last year in partnership with Lightspeed Marketing, went on to win the “Gold Award“ for a Non-Profit Film at the 2017 MarCom Awards.
Unfortunately, we were unable to attend the "Go Red for Women” event that the video premiered at, but the Director of the Film was able to attend the event and said the video was very well received. We look forward to more partnerships like this one in the future!
